HOW CAN I USE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL?

Within 20 days of receipt of the communication and the successful return of the goods, Fit Max Srl will carry out the transfer or credit reversal for the exact amount that the customer paid for the purchase of the ordered goods (including any shipping costs) on the bank details communicated to us by the customer.
The only expense that the customer must bear therefore, to exercise the right of withdrawal, is the shipping cost for the transport costs of the courier for sending the goods to our office.
