Returns and refunds on Toppikstore.it

In this section we intend to provide information on how to exercise the right of withdrawal, as governed by Legislative Decree no. 206 of 09.06.2005.

If you have purchased a product on our site, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within the deadline of 14 days from receipt of the package containing the product or products purchased. To this end you will have to send the communication with which you intend to exercise the withdrawal by email by writing to the address ordini@toppikstore.it

Example : "I, the undersigned MARIO ROSSI, hereby notify the withdrawal from the purchase contract for the following goods (indicate the description of the products, MANDATORY specifying the order number) received on xx/xx/xx and requests a refund of the price paid for the returned products, by re-crediting the bank/postal current account in the name of the IBAN code or through the payment method used"

To facilitate the withdrawal process, you can send a copy of the communication by email to the following addresses ordini@toppikstore.it or by PEC to the address fitmax@open.legalmail.it .

RETURN INFORMATION - PURSUANT TO ART. 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005

The returned goods must be sent at the customer's expense by courier within 14 days of receipt, to the same address indicated above for sending the registered letter Fit Max Srl – Via Fratelli Cervi 169/O ​​– 42124 – REGGIO EMILIA, arranging it with the original packaging in order to guarantee its integrity during transport, together with instruction manuals and various accessories. To limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend using the original packaging, on which to note the label supplied by Fitmax, in all cases the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original packaging of the product should be avoided. It is specified that

  • If the product is returned without the original seal or partially used, it will not be possible to return it
  • Within 14 days of receiving the returned goods , Fit Max Srl, after verifying the integrity of the same, will proceed to carry out the credit transfer or reversal for the exact amount that the customer paid for the purchase of the ordered goods (including any shipping costs) on the bank details communicated to us by the customer.
  • The only expense that the customer must bear therefore, to exercise the right of withdrawal, is the cost of transport of the courier for sending the goods to our office.

FORCAPE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal is lost entirely, due to the lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents), in cases where Fitmax ascertains:

  • Even partial use of the asset and any consumables
  • The lack of the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging;
  • Damage to the product for reasons other than its transport
  • In the cases indicated above, Fitmax will return the purchased goods to the sender, charging the shipping costs to the sender
  • The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised by customers who purchase with a VAT number and those who buy the goods in the public sale shop in Reggio Emilia

TRANSPORT DAMAGE:

IMPORTANT NOTE - before accepting the delivery, carefully check the integrity of the packaging and the quantity of packages. in the presence of breakages / crushing on the packaging or non-compliance on the delivery method, write on the carrier's receipt the wording "accepted subject to verification" followed by a brief and clear description of what has been detected, or reject the goods if they are evidently damaged. Generic "control reservations" will not be accepted. In the absence of specific reservations, any transport damage will not be recognized under warranty.
